Speaking Opportunities

A significant development channel for CodeValue’s experts is advancing their experience as professional instructors and public speakers in various industry meetups, summits, and conferences. We encourage knowledge sharing at every possible opportunity, starting with dedicated courses, internal technological events, through to professional courses and workshops for clients and conferences in Israel and abroad. We form a tailor-made training & mentoring program for CodeValuers who wants to further develop their expertise.

Courses & workshops

The professional development of employees is one of our cornerstones. CodeValuers benefit from a rich course program, which includes a variety of courses and workshops intended to train and enrich their professional expertise. Many of the courses are tailor-made for company employees and are delivered by our own accredited experts, in other cases we direct employees to external courses or assign online courses and different certifications according to individual development tracks.

Conferences

As a company of experts at the forefront of modern technology, we are always one step ahead, and are quick to adopt the new technologies and methodologies – knowledge and practices we then deliver to our customers. In order to obtain and retain that know-how, we send CodeValuers to the hottest professional conferences. Our people visit a variety of summits and conferences every year, both as lecturers and as listeners, often conveying what they have learned to the rest of us.

Mentoring

We are “doers” not “talkers”. We are great believers in on-the-job training and one of the ways to do so is by personal mentoring conducted by CodeValue’s experts. New employees or those who are at the beginning of their professional careers enjoy the guidance of senior professional personnel, and so the knowledge and the “CodeValue Way” are passed on from generation to generation. Our mentors enjoy great satisfaction and continue to evolve as technological leaders by being mentors for other employees.

Volunteering

Over the years, we have made it our business to give back to the community from which we have sprung up. We conduct year-round free lectures & workshops at meetups and bootcamps, cooperating with non-profit organizations like Appleseeds Academy and Kav Mashve. We were also fortunate to renovate “Megadim” SOS children’s Village. These are just a few examples of how we choose to pass some goodness forward.

We are proud to be a part of the growing “Startup Nation”. We do our share in keeping technology advancement attractive to young people who will change our world in years to come. This is why we happily sponsor a youth robotics club, hackathons, and many more technology-oriented events and organizations.

Donations

We are touched and amazed by strong-spirited people, the Israeli Paralympic National team is a perfect example of just that. In 2018 we were lucky enough to donate “TritonWear” devices to this amazing team. We are hopeful that our modest contribution will help the team to continue to achieve extraordinary achievements.
