Alon Fliess

Alon Fliess is the CTO and Co-Founder of CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Alon got his BSc degree in electrical & computer engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. Alon is also recognized as a Microsoft Regional Director (MRD). Alon is an expert in many Microsoft technologies, be it Windows internals, C++ Win32 programming, .NET with C# or C++/CLI. Alon spends his time doing many interesting tasks such as software architecting, designing, mentoring and programming. Alon is the co-author of the Introducing Windows 7 for Developers book. Alon has helped Microsoft DPE to develop the course materials for the Windows 7 Metro program. Alon is responsible for several open-source projects.

Alon is one of the experts in the Microsoft Israel community; as such he helps Microsoft clients in many technological aspects. Alon gives lectures in Microsoft Israel conferences such as Tech-Ed Eilat.

More than all Alon loves the nights. This is the time that he enjoys sitting on the computer, learning and testing new technologies. During his nights Alon develops his never-ending digital home project.  Alon has a “Smart Home”; the computer raises the shutters, controls the lights and makes sure that there will be hot water on cold days. Alon controls everything in the house using software he developed. He can control the house using his wireless connected Windows Mobile device, or using the Media Center remote control.

Shay Friedman

Shay Friedman is the author of IronRuby Unleashed and the co-author of ASP.NET 4 Programmer’s Reference. Shay is a Co-Founder of CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services. Shay started his way with computers at the age of 8 and since the age of 16 he’s been working professionally. He is a Microsoft Visual C# MVP and has experience with various programming languages like C#, Ruby and Python as well as various technologies like Ruby on Rails, IronRuby, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, Silverlight and Office add-ins. Shay has been working as a consultant and a trainer at CodeValue and has spoken in numerous international conferences like TechEd, NDC, RubyKaigi and others.

Areas for giving lectures: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, IronRuby, Python, IronPython, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#.

Amir Zuker

Amir is a highly skilled and experienced software architect and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft .NET Framework altogether.  Amir is a Co-Founder of CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Amir has lead the design and development of many complex distributed systems from the ground up. These systems had been developed using most current .NET technologies, such as WCF, WPF, Silverlight, Prism, Data Services, RIA Services, MEF, LINQ, Parallel Extensions and .NET 4.0. His fields of expertise are advanced WCF, WPF, and Silverlight development with unique understanding of SOA approaches.

In recent years, Amir has lead development teams, conducted lectures and workshops, and has been a vast contributor in the R&D development of both client and server products. In addition, Amir has managed the development of SOA platform infrastructures and solutions.

Amir is a co-author of the new Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) of WCF 4.0, and a senior expert in the field.

Ariel Ben-Horesh

Ariel Ben-Horesh is a software architect and expert in Microsoft technologies. Ariel is a Co-Founder of CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Ariel is an expert in modern UI software design, using WPF or Silverlight with Prism.  Ariel serves as a Senior Consultant and trainer at CodeValue. He is currently consulting in various enterprises in Israel and worldwide, architecting and developing RIA and Smart Client-based solutions.

Eli Arbel

Eli Arbel is an experienced software architect and Co-Founder at CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Eli has been working in the software industry for 10 years. During this period, he mastered the .NET Framework and its key elements: WPF, Silverlight, LINQ, WCF and the Entity Framework, to name a few. He has rich experience developing large-scale systems, guiding them from incubation to production.

Eli has also conducted conference lectures and professional courses. He has a BA in Computer Science from the Open University.

Eran Stiller

Eran Stiller is an expert in Microsoft technologies. Eran is a Co-Founder of CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Eran has many years of experience developing Win32 in C++. Eran is a .NET technologies expert. He has a deep knowledge of the new Workflow & WCF 4.0, including Workflow Services and AppFabric, and gives lectures in this area. He is highly experienced in technologically leading, architecting and developing software frameworks of various abstraction levels, ranging from low-level applicative frameworks up to fully-fledged distributed system hosts.

Josh Reuben

Josh Reuben is a .NET Architecture Consultant and Co-Founder at CodeValue. CodeValue is the home of software experts. CodeValue builds software tools, foundations and products for the software industry. CodeValue offers mentoring, consulting and project development services.

Josh has 15 years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry, and is well-versed in the .NET 4.0 APIs and numerical analysis & operation research algorithms. He is currently focused on high performance, parallel programming and algorithm designing. Josh provides architectural consultancy around various .NET technologies, including Workflow Services, RIA Services, RX, StreamInsight, Windows HPC and Silverlight. Josh’s expertise involves the application of enterprise architecture patterns to integrate various tier solutions, consulting development teams on process improvement and designing high quality RIA GUIs evolving towards LightSwitch. Josh guarantees high customer satisfaction with his consulting ability and application of a broad range of technologies.

Michael Kanevsky

Michael Kanevsky is an experienced architect with a passion for technology and more than 12 years of development and management experience. His experience covers developing and managing software projects of different types and sizes: from the smallest DSP-based real-time applications, to multi-site distributed processing applications built with the latest Microsoft technologies.

When not building pocket-sized, number crunching devices in his spare time, he can be found developing and consulting in areas of embedded development, image processing and enterprise applications for Israeli and international companies. His love for entrepreneurship got him involved in several start-up companies, with CodeValue being the latest and the most promising endeavor so far.
